Description:

We are currently seeking Content Managers for our Internet TV.  Digital Broadcast Television Pvt. Limited (DBTV) is the first Internet TV in the South-Asian region. DBTV aims to disrupt the media landscape in the region with the mission of empowering each and every member of our audience with information and knowledge empowerment on crucial issues.

  • Responsible for clusters of programming starting from idea generation, concept development, supervising production of the same
  • Incorporating Marketing & Viewer Interactivity into each and every program
  • Weekly/ Monthly Reporting & Analysis of the assigned programming in relation to Viewer Interest and ROI as well as Content/ Production Quality and Talent performance
  • Work closely with the in-house data analytics team to monitor audience behavior and forecast trends for developing relevant content
  • Recommending through data and analytics whether a program should be continued and introducing innovative ideas for information dissemination  that appeals to the target audience
  • Overseeing all content creation activities for the DIGITAL BROADCAST television
  • Working closely with the marketing team to devise a web content strategy that aligns with the company's wider goals
  • Creation of a content marketing calendar to ensure regular content on the website throughout the year
  • Keeping up to date with industry best practice and monitoring content activities of competitor websites
  • Re-purposing content for different mediums including social media and video
  • Creation of entertaining and informative video content for the website
  • Working alongside the social media manager to create content for the different social media channels
  • Plan and execute a content strategy that drives high engagement
  • Serve as editor for all content to ensure quality, clarity and consistency
  • Collect, monitor and analyse social and website metrics, and make improvements accordingly
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adjust the content strategy as needed
  • Manage the distribution of content across all channels

Qualification

  • Bachelors/ Master’s Degree in Mass Communication or BFA/ BBA/ MBA
  • Strong time-management and communication skills
  • Detail oriented 
  • Sense of curiosity and embraces change
  • Strong familiarity with media tools 
  • Work Experience – More than 2 years
